Choosing a carrier has never been easier through the Clockwork logistics system. It makes selection very convenient for users to assign shipments to specific carriers. It can be done through both individual and multiple selections.
1. Once logged in, the arrive home page is the default screen to appear.
2. On the arrive page, you'll be able to see your shipments.
3. To choose a carrier, click on the pen icon under the carrier name column.
4. A new tab will appear in which you can select a carrier of your choice in the drop-down menu.
5. Once a selection has been made, click on "assign" to have the shipment allocated to that carrier.
6. For multiple selection. tick the boxes on the leftmost part of the designated shipments. Then a new set of options will pop up.
7. Click on assign/edit carrier
8. Multiple shipments assignment tab will appear. Select for carrier drop-down menu to assign the shipments to the preferred carrier.
6. Congratulations! A carrier has been assigned to your shipment.
