Delivery Zone

The Delivery Zone feature in the Clockwork Logistics System refers to a customizable area or region defined within the logistics platform. This functionality enables users to designate specific geographic zones or regions where deliveries are intended or restricted. By configuring delivery zones, users can manage and streamline shipping operations by setting boundaries, defining service areas, or establishing exclusion zones. This feature allows for precise control and optimization of delivery routes, service coverage, and logistical operations, facilitating efficient and effective management of shipments within designated areas.

How to Access

1. Log into the command console using admin access.
   
2. Once on the home page, click on the gear/settings icon on the upper right portion of the home page.
   
3. Once clicked, a drop-down menu will appear with several options. Click on "Delivery Zone".
   
4. Once clicked, the delivery zone settings tab will pop-up.
   
5. Create zone definitions with the web interface or upload one using the spreadsheet template.  

Don't forget to save changes when done!
