Upload Queue in the Mobile App

The "Upload Queue" feature within the Mobile App refers to a functionality designed to manage pending or queued items waiting for upload. This feature organizes and prioritizes items such as images, documents, or data that are scheduled for transfer or upload to the system. The Upload Queue allows users to efficiently monitor, prioritize, and process pending uploads, ensuring seamless and timely transmission of essential information from the mobile device to the system.

To access the Queue items within the Mobile App dashboard:

1. Tap on the Queue section.
   
2. You can also Utilize the Hourglass icon in the Active Screen to access specific Queue items.
   
3. Review the Queue list sections: PING, EVENT, and PHOTO.
   
   
4. Any of the items that has not been sent to the system will show in this list. Tap on the "Tap to start uploading" on the bottom of the screen and all items in queue will be submitted.
   
   

For Android Phones: Click on the shipment/photo to resume uploading of images.
For iOS Phones: Click on the recycle button to resume uploading of images.
