How to send a debugging file:
- Log in to the mobile application using your credentials.
- Tap on the Profile settings icon on the upper right portion of the screen.
- In the profile settings page, again the upper right section of the screen, tap on the gear/settings icon.
- In the settings page, scroll down to the option to Send Debugging File.
- Complete the issue-related questionnaire and submit the log at the conclusion.
