Navigate to Help

Once you are logged on to the Portal interface, click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.

From the Setting page, click on “Help”, located on the bottom of the menu on the left side.

This will then open up another page that directs you to Clockwork’s Support Center, housed under the Zendesk platform. URL is https://support.clockworkdelivery.com/hc/en-us

Access to Training Resources

On the home page, you will see a Category dedicated to “DRMS 2.0 Training Material”.

Clicking on the Category will direct you to the most up to date published articles, organized by section. Currently, there are 3 sections:

Quick Reference Guides – short set of instructions that serve as a quick start guide

If you have further questions or feedback on training materials, please filter this through your one of your selected administrators
