Description of Task 

App – Making Deliveries in the App   

Tools Required 

A Smart Phone with an Android or iOS Operating System with the Clockwork Delivery App installed

Key Points 

1 

Set “On-Duty / Off-Duty” Switch to On-Duty 
  • In order to allow the App to use Geofencing Features for your deliveries, you’ll need to go On Duty 
  • Toggle the “On-Duty / Off-Duty” Toggle by the Profile Icon in the Upper Righthand Corner to the green “On-Duty” option

Toggle Working Switch to “Start Working” 
  • You’ll need to begin your working period to pick up and deliver shipments 
  • To do so, tap the green button on the Home Screen that says “Start Working”

  • When you’re ready to finish working for the day and begin your rest period, tap the same button which should now be red and read “Stop Working”.

Note: When you are in your rest period, you will still have access to view your assigned shipments but will not have access to submitting milestones digitally for each assigned shipment. Only when you have indicated you are active (You clicked on “Start Working” to commence the countdown from your 14-hour working period), will you have access to digitally submitting milestones for each of your assigned shipments

Navigate to Active Shipments 
  • Tap the “Active Shipments” Tile to see Shipments currently assigned to you

Acknowledge Shipment Assignment

  • Tap the Green Button that reads “Accept” to accept assignment of the Shipments

Select the Shipment you with to Interact With 
  • Find the Shipment on the List that you’re ready to interact with

  • If you’d like to view more information about the Shipment, tap anywhere on the Shipment’s Tile and you’ll access a screen with more detailed information

6 

Begin Pick-Up / Delivery Events 
  • When you’re ready to interact with a Shipment, slide the Puck at the bottom of the Shipment’s 
  •  Tile from Left to Right to send the listed Event

  • If you’re outside of the geofenced area for the Event, select “Continue” from the pop up that appears to continue with the Event 

7 

Follow Pick-Up / Delivery Flows 
  • When initiating a Pick-Up or a Delivery Event, you may be launched into a delivery flow comprising of several screens of instructions. Follow the instructions on each screen and continue to the next until the flow is complete.
