Navigate to App Settings

From the Home Screen, tap the Profile Icon in the Upper Righthand Corner to access your Profile Settings

From the Profile Settings Screen, tap the Gear Icon that appears in the Upper Righthand Corner of the screen to access the Application Settings

Setting Language

From the Application Settings, select “Select Language” to open a list of language options

Scroll through the list and select the language you’re most comfortable with to set the App’s language

Using the Feedback Assistant

If you encounter a bug or otherwise require assistance within the App, you can get help with the Feedback Assistant

Input a short description of the issue, and select an issue type from the menu under “What type of feedback are you reporting?”

If possible, attach a screenshot of the issue and slide the puck from Left to Right to submit

Sending Debugging Files

If you’ve been requested to submit your Logs by Support Personnel, navigate to “Send Debugging Files” under the “App Debugging” options

Confirm that your email and phone number are correct, then input a short description to help Support Personnel identify your App Logs
