Log in to Portal and go to Arrive Screen

Go to your web browser and log in to the Clockwork Portal. The landing page after logging in is the Arrive Screen.

Click on blue “Manage View” button below the data filters. A pop-up will appear with further selections.

Click on “Columns View” in the pop-up.

Set up columns

A dialog box will appear available columns on the left and the current selections on the right.

Search available columns to find the columns you wish to add to your view. Then click on “>” arrow to pull the field into “Current Columns” side. New fields would be added to the bottom of the list.

In the Current Columns side, use the 6-vertical-dots icon to rearrange the columns in any order by dragging and dropping.

Once you have added all the columns you need, click on Save. The screen would refresh to show you new data fields in your Arrive screen view. However, this view is temporary until it is saved.

Save & share new view

Click on “Manage View” button again and select “Save as New View”. A dialog box would appear.

Enter a name for your new view.

Users also have the ability to share their view with other users in the same account. Check all the users you would like to share your view with, using the dropdown.

Click on Save.

Your new view would appear next to the Manage View button.

Users have the ability to create and save multiple views and then change views through the “Table Views” dropdown.

Update current view

If you wish to change the order of columns or add new data columns to an existing view, you can do so by clicking on “Manage View” button and then select “Columns View”.

Follow key points listed in Step #2.

Click on “Manage View” button again and select “Update Current View”. A dialog box would appear.

Make the desired changes and click on Save.

Deleting views

If you wish to delete an existing view, click on “Manage View” button and select “Full Manage Views”. A dialog box would appear.

Here, you would be able to delete views by clicking on the “red trashcan” icon.

Additionally, you can edit views and manage the recipient list of your views.
