1	Arrive Screen Filters	The filters on the Arrive Screen determine the results displayed in the table below. We will only focus on the following filters in this work instruction - Search, Date Type, Date From & To and Shipment Status. All other filters are irrelevant to this use-case in Clockwork. Search – This search box serves as a universal search for the various fields shown in the Arrive Screen table. Search for shipment #, trailer #, driver name etc. to see relevant results. Date Type – This is the primary filter on the Arrive screen, used in combination with the “Date From and To” filter. It has 3 options as shown below. Created Date – the date when a shipment was created. Select this to view shipments which were created within a set date range. Delivered Date – the date when a shipment was actually delivered. Select this to view shipments which were delivered within a set date range. Scheduled Date – the date when a shipment was scheduled to be picked up. Select this to view shipments which were scheduled within a set date range. Date From and To – Once you have selected the Date Type, select the date range to filter on. This filter has multiple options in the dropdown as shown below. In addition, a custom date range can also be added. Shipment Status – This filter serves on top of the Date Type and Date From and To filters. Selecting one or more shipment statuses in this drop down would only show shipments with the last known status as the selection. Once all the filters have been set up, click on the “Apply” button to apply the set filters. To clear all filters, click on the “Clear” button. This resets filters to Scheduled Date as Today.
2	Navigation through Facilities	Above the Arrive screen filters, there are navigation buttons that allow users to view shipments within facilities set up in the same mission. Click on the “Facility” field and choose a location in the dropdown to view shipments that are either being delivered to or are originating from that facility. Please keep in mind that the results shown in the Asset screen are also determined by the selection made in the “Facility” dropdown.
