Log in to Portal and go to Account Settings

Go to your web browser and log in to the Clockwork Portal.

On the top-right corner of the screen, click on the setting’s “gear” icon. You will be directed to our Account Settings page.

On the left side of the page, click on the “User” settings. You will be directed to a User Settings page.

Create new user

In the User Settings page, click on Add User on the top of the page

Add the user details as prompted. Mandatory fields listed below:

- Full name: Enter the user’s full name.

- Email Address: Enter the user’s email address. This is a mandatory field. If the user does not have an email address, enter a dummy email address such jdoe@estes.com.

- Phone Number: Enter user’s phone number.

- User Role: Select User’s Role from the dropdown. If none apply, please ask your system admin/team lead to advice.

- Power Unit ID & Home Location: For drivers, Power Unit ID field is mandatory. Home Location is the user’s primary facility that they operate out of.

- Main Company: This allows you to define which primary mission this user would have access to. If the new user is an admin and requires access to all current and future missions, please select “Estes Express” as their main company. However, if you want to give multiple account access to a non-admin user, check all the missions in the organization section under the “Allow to View” column.

Once you have filled out all the mandatory fields, click on Save. The new user would receive their username and temporary password in the email and phone number specified.

Edit user information

In the User Settings screen, click on 3-vertical-dots icon (or “kebab” icon) next to the user’s name, select “Edit User”.

Edit the information in the User Form and click Save.

Delete user

In the User settings screen, click on the kebab menu icon next to the user’s name and click on “Delete User”.

The system will ask you to confirm deletion.

User will now be deleted from that account.

Bulk Upload Users

For bulk uploading large number of users, request your system admin for the “User Registration Uploader for Portal” template. This is an excel template that can be used.

Open the template file and fill in the required details with each new user on a new row.

- Please note that Full Name, Email ID, Country Code, Phone number, User Role and Main Company are mandatory fields.

- Please ensure that Main Company and Home Location fields are entered exactly how they appear on the Clockwork Portal. Text in these fields needs to match the system with the correct case, spaces and spelling. Otherwise, the system will not create the new users.

Once the excel file is ready to upload, log on to the Clockwork Portal. Go to the system settings and click on User. (as shown in steps 1 & 2).

Click on “Upload User”.

A dialogue box would pop-up to select the excel template you created. Select the file and click on “Open”.
