Generating Reports – Clockwork Logistics Systems

There are 2 ways you can generate reports out of Clockwork: 1) Customizing reports out of the Arrive Screen or 2) Pulling canned reports from the Asset Screen.

1	Generating Customized Reports	Ensure you are logged into the correct mission and have selected the correct facility that you will be dispatching from. You can see this in the top right-hand corner of the Arrive screen. From the home page, ensure you are in your preferred view of the Arrive table (refer to Create & Share Views in Arrive Screen).   If all data fields are in the order that you need, and the date criteria is set, you are ready to export the table into excel. Tick the box in the upper left hand of the table. By ticking on this box, this will collect all records within the search criteria and will auto-generate buttons at the top of the table. Click on the “EXPORT TO EXCEL” button. After clicking on the “EXPORT TO EXCEL” button, the excel report will be generated.
2	Generating Canned Reports	Navigate to the Asset Screen and click on the dark blue “REPORT MENU” button, just below the Asset filters From the Report Menu, you will see 3 reports available: Dispatch Report, Driver Tractor Report, and Trailer Report. Once you select your report, the report will auto generate to an excel document. Keep in mind that the report generated will account for all records in the mission. Dispatch Report – displays all details of dispatch/transport orders with the trailer associated to that order number within a mission Driver Tractor Report – displays the drivers’ last in gate / delivered location with the respective tractor number. Trailer Report – displays the current location of all trailers and the current load status for each for all facilities within a mission
