- Sort the transport orders as required to locate those orders that need to be assigned (i.e. by Created Date, Scheduled Delivery Date, etc.). Contact your administrator on guidance to configure your view if you are not already using a shared view.

- You can sort drivers by Working Hours left and/or Driver Status (Available / Unavailable).

- The driver will receive the shipment assignment in the mobile delivery app and will be prompted to accept or reject the shipment assignment. If shipment assignment is accepted by the driver, the “Assignment Accepted” status will be displayed in the Shipment Status column.
- If no response after a given amount of time (reach out to your administrator if you do not know what the current time limit is set to for the driver to respond), the status of the shipment will revert to “UnAssigned Driver”.
