Generating a Bill of Lading (BOL) 

Tools Required 

PC/Mac with Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Opera web browser

Key Points 

1 

Identify the order that requires a BOL generated 

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct mission and have selected the correct facility that you will be dispatching from. You can see this in the top right-hand corner of the Arrive screen.  

 

  • Search for your transport order by using the Arrive Screen filters (refer to Arrive Screen Filters and Navigating Facilities) 

 


 

2 

Generate BOL 

  • Click on the kebab menu icon (vertical ellipsis) located on the left side of the transport order number. Then click on “Print BOL” 

   

 

 

  • This will auto generate a copy of the BOL as a pdf.
