Log in to Portal and go to Account Settings

On the top-right corner of the screen, click on the setting’s “gear” icon. You will be directed to our Account Settings page.

On the left side of the page, click on the “Locations” dropdown and then click on “Facilities”. You will be directed to the Location Settings page.

Create new facility

Add the facility details as prompted. Mandatory fields include Location name, Location Type, Country, Address line 1, City, State and Postal Code.

Edit/delete facilities

In the Location Settings screen, the action column provides buttons to edit, delete and suspend facilities.

Click on the “blue pencil” icon to edit existing facilities. After making the edits, click on Save.

Click on the “blue square” icon to suspend a facility. This doesn’t delete the facility but makes it inactive to use in booking forms.

2	Create new facility	In the Location Settings page, click on “Add Location” on the top of the page Add the facility details as prompted. Mandatory fields include Location name, Location Type, Country, Address line 1, City, State and Postal Code. Once you have filled out all the mandatory fields, click on Save.
3	Edit/delete facilities	In the Location Settings screen, the action column provides buttons to edit, delete and suspend facilities. Click on the “blue pencil” icon to edit existing facilities. After making the edits, click on Save. Click on the “red trashcan” icon to delete a facility. Click on the “blue square” icon to suspend a facility. This doesn’t delete the facility but makes it inactive to use in booking forms.
