How to Add an Event

There are instances that some events are not captured or that the driver forgot to trigger the events real time or even just upload a proof of delivery. There's nothing to worry about since the portal allows manual uploading of events/photos/documents. Please refer to the simple instructions below:

1. Click on the kebab menu/icon (three dots)

2. A pop-up menu will show up. Please click on "Add Event"

3. A new window will show up. Event details can now be added.

4. To add proof of deliveries (POD's), the event type chosen should be "Delivered" and the option to upload photos/documents will appear.

WARNING: Please do not forget to SAVE prior to exiting screen.
