- Once logged in and on the portal home page, please go to the Arrive tab.
Click on the “UPLOAD MENU” button - Once on the upload menu tab, select “Upload Status Events”
- After clicking on the upload status events button, a new screen will pop up to let you select a file from your computer with shipment files (formatting should be the same as the system).

Once uploaded, affected shipments have updated status events.
