- Open the Clockwork Command console (https://my.clockworkdelivery.com/
- On the Chrome browser, press the F12/Fn-12
- Go to Application Tab, might have to select it from the >>
- Under Storage, expand Local Storage
- Right click on https://my.clockworkdelivery.com
- Select Clear
- Control-R to reload the webpage
- Log in again with your credential
